Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluency in English required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience using instant messaging platforms (WeChat, WhatsApp) for professional communication.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage documentation with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to resolve client issues under pressure.
• Willingness to adapt to changing client needs and schedule flexibility for urgent operational matters.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers via email, telephone, and in-person meetings to present our delivery services and secure new business.
• Prepare, manage, and finalize all supporting documents for Cooperation Agreements (MCC), ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Monitor contract validity and manage the extension process for expiring agreements.
• Develop detailed SOPs tailored to each client’s needs and socialize these procedures with internal partners.
• Coordinate initial item pickups, utilizing in-person, telephone, or chat-based communication to ensure seamless collection.
• Serve as the central point of communication by providing real-time pickup information to the Sprinter Coordinator via WhatsApp and WeChat groups.
• Maintain accurate records of daily pickup counts per customer and generate recap reports for senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery discrepancies; analyze problems and assist in developing effective solutions.
• Liaise with agents to ensure VIP client regulations are adhered to and communicated clearly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
