Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding or related industries.
• Understanding of freight forwarding workflow, import/export procedures, customs clearance and billing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities for the organisation.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customers' import, export and logistics requirements and coordinate quotations.
• Conduct customer visits and prepare business presentations as required.
• Coordinate between customers, internal departments and external suppliers to ensure operations meet commitments.
• Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues with involved parties.
