• Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and transport providers.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in applying for and updating tax stamps in the JKDM Tax Stamp Management System 2.0.
• Assisting in stock controlling, inventory management, warehousing, and monitoring the flow of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and work with the purchasing team to ensure adequate supply
• Preparing reports, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

About the role
The Logistics Assistant role at The Fine Wine Merchant Sdn Bhd is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective logistics operations of our growing wine distribution business. This is a strategic role that will play a key part in supporting the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

Assisting in applying for and updating tax stamps in the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) Tax Stamp Management System 2.0.

Assisting in stock controlling, inventory management, warehousing, and monitoring the flow of goods.

Monitor stock levels and work with the purchasing team to ensure adequate supply

Preparing reports, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

Any other duties as assigned by the management.

What we're looking for
