We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and versatile Project Executive to oversee and drive operations for our alcohol import and distribution business. This role bridges the gap between technical import/export logistics, e-commerce management, and business development across multiple trade channels. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in wine knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing end-to-end commercial projects.
Key responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end import and export procedures, ensuring smooth freight forwarding, custom clearances, and timely delivery
Handle applications, renewals, and compliance for all relevant liquor licenses, import/export permits, and government agency regulations
Manage documentation regarding excise duties, customs declarations, and product labeling regulations
Manage and optimize the company's online retail storefronts (website and third-party marketplaces)
Coordinate digital product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and visual assets
Track online inventory levels to prevent stockouts
Collaborate on digital marketing efforts, promotions, and customer service initiatives to enhance online sales and user engagement
Serve as a key point of contact for HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café/Catering) clients and traditional trade partners
Assist in expanding the wholesale distribution network, preparing commercial proposals, and coordinating trade tastings
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and client feedback within the HORECA sector to identify new business opportunities
About you
2-4 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or operations management, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B), wine, or alcohol distribution industry
Familiarity with local customs regulations, import/export procedures, and liquor licensing framework
Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and basic inventory management systems
Formal wine certifications (e.g., WSET Level 2 or higher) or a strong, demonstrable passion and knowledge base for wine and spirits is highly advantageous
Strong communication and negotiation skills
