Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Claims Handler in Kuala Lumpur to manage parcel-related claims, verify liability, and liaise with branches and platforms. The role requires meticulous data review and timely resolution of cases across multiple channels.

You will analyse claim data, support process improvements, and handle high-risk or disputed cases under the Arbitration Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in logistics, e-commerce, customer service or claims is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic data analysis skills.

• Handle claims related to parcel loss, damage, shortage and delivery exceptions, including claim verification and liability assessment.
• Review claim documents, CCTV footage, proof of delivery and system records to verify cases.
• Manage and follow up on claims from PDD, Lazada, TikTok and other platforms.
• Coordinate with branches, sorting centres and relevant departments to resolve claims in a timely manner.

Handle claims related to parcel loss, damage, shortage and delivery exceptions, including claim verification and liability assessment.

About you

Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and follow up on cases.

Able to handle a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment.

Good command of English and Chinese; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
