• Proven experience in logistics/warehouse admin role.
• Proficiency with WMS and logistics software.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Import/export docs or customs knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock checks.
• Prepare shipping documents and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers.
• Update information in WMS and logistics software.
• Schedule deliveries and optimise routes.
• Assist with filing, record keeping, data entry.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
• Generate logistics reports and data analysis.
