Job summary

Hirehub Group in Klang, Selangor, is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrator to maintain inventory records, process orders, and coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.

You will liaise with suppliers and logistics providers, ensure documentation accuracy, and uphold safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous WMS experience and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse administration or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) or inventory tracking systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, inbound and outbound movements
• Handle warehouse documentation such as delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices
• Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory reconciliation activities
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and overall warehouse organization
• Process orders, prepare shipments, and manage returns in a timely manner
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies
