KLK Alami Edible Oils Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics coordinator to oversee loading and unloading of import/export shipments, and to plan the movement of raw materials within the company and with external partners.
The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of planning and supply chain experience, with knowledge of SAP and warehousing fundamentals. Computer literacy and attention to detail are essential.

Oversee the loading and unloading of import/export shipments (tankers, ISO tanks, flexibags, bulk cargo, etc.)
Plan and track the movement of raw material road tanker and ISO tanks, both within the company and with outside partners.
Monitor and plan the transfer of materials through pipelines and manage storage tank levels at outside terminals.
Keep inventory records and reports up to date.
Responsible of daily bulk product handling and storage at the tank farm.
Communicate with everyone involved to send and receive shipping documents.
Keep the tank farm clean and organized so work runs smoothly.
Check and confirm bulk shipments before they are released or received.
Train new logistics staff on their job duties.
Try to solve problems that come up in daily logistics work; report bigger issues to a supervisor.
Follow SSHE rules, and the company's official work procedures when carrying out duties.
Take on extra tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

At least 3 years relevant working experience in planning, supply chain or logistics environment.
Knowledge of SAP, warehousing, planning fundamentals, scheduling and shipping.
Computer literate
Knowledgeable & experienced in handling as tanker, ISO tank, flexibag, bulk loading, and etc.
