Job summary

Aver Asia Rental Sdn Bhd based in Seri Alam, Johor invites a proactive Logistic Executive to join our warehousing, storage and distribution team. You will coordinate warehouse operations, manage inventory, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics / Supply Chain and at least 2 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse or distribution environment
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transportation is preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a Logistic Executive to join Aver Asia Rental Sdn Bhd in a full-time capacity based in Seri Alam, Johor. This is a key position within our warehousing, storage and distribution operations, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our logistics network. As a Logistic Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, managing inventory, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. This role is essential to maintaining our competitive edge in the logistics industry and supporting the overall success of our organisation.

Job Description :

Manage vehicle maintenance, perform daily truck condition inspections, and ensure all related maintenance documentation is completed and properly maintained.

Perform field duties to handle all JPJ-related matters, including road tax renewal, vehicle registration, inspections PUSPAKOM and other regulatory requirements.

Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, delivery notes and customs documentation

IMPORT & EXPORT – conduct on-site container and cargo inspections at the consignee’s premises, take container and cargo photos, and report any damages or discrepancies.

Liase with internal deparments for booking outsource transporters to ensure smooth transaction.

Job Requirement :

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse or distribution environment

Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transportation is preferred.

Able to work independently and perform field duties.

Responsible, willing to learn and able to communicate well with internal teams and external parties.
