Job summary

Aver Asia Rental Sdn Bhd based in Seri Alam, Johor invites a proactive Logistic Executive to join our warehousing, storage and distribution team. You will coordinate warehouse operations, manage inventory, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics / Supply Chain and at least 2 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse or distribution environment
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operations and manage inventory.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and delivery notes.
• Handle on-site import/export inspections and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate booking of outsource transporters with internal departments.
