TERAS Teknologi Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistic Assistant to manage inbound deliveries, verify contents against POs, and perform quality checks to ensure items meet specs.

You will organize warehouse storage for efficient space usage, record all stock movements in the ERP system, conduct monthly stock takes, and support timely outbound dispatch while upholding KPIs and safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of logistics, supply chain, and warehouse inventory experience.
• ERP system experience and stock control knowledge.
• Valid GDL and forklift certification are preferred.

• Plan, segregate, and organize stock to optimize warehouse storage.
• Record all transactions in the ERP system for inventory traceability.

• Prepare, process, and facilitate site delivery requests to meet KPIs.
• Safely deliver parts to clients according to POs and service standards.
• Enforce SOPs and inventory security/safety protocols.
• Compile and submit monthly attendance logs and supporting docs.

Logistic Assistant, TERAS Teknologi Sdn Bhd

Receive all incoming deliveries and verify contents against issued Purchase Orders (POs).

Perform systematic visual quality inspections to ensure received items match precise technical specifications and quality standards.

Storage Optimization & Space Management:

Strategically plan, segregate, and organize stock within the warehouse to optimize storage capacity for pending and incoming shipments.

ERP & Inventory Control:

Promptly record all incoming/outgoing transactions into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure accurate data, inventory traceability, and stock reconciliation.

Conduct monthly physical stock counts (stock takes) and prepare accurate inventory status summaries for internal stakeholders and requestors.

Outbound Logistics & Order Fulfillment:

Prepare, process, and facilitate site delivery requests to ensure timely dispatch in compliance with established operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Safely deliver parts to clients according to Purchase Orders, upholding client satisfaction and service standards.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strict inventory security/safety protocols to minimize damage, loss, or product discrepancies.

Administrative Reporting:

Compile and submit monthly attendance logs and relevant supporting documentation for operational monitoring.

Qualifications:

SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Desired experience/exposure:

3 – 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, and warehouse inventory management.

Valid Goods Driving License (GDL).

Certified/skilled in forklift operation and maneuvering
