Job summary

Siraga IEM in Malaysia is seeking a skilled logistics and production planner to manage schedules, track delivery status, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. The role includes handling documentation for customer-specific processes and supporting ISO-related activities.

The position requires daily coordination, reports on KPI, and active involvement in stock takes and process improvements. Training and collaboration with various departments are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedule with production PIC and coordinate logistics per collection & delivery schedule requested by clients or production schedule.
• Inform and update delivery and production status for all clients.
• Inform production department on delivery details (type of valves, type of cylinder) per client instruction and provide documents related to custom process for Singapore clients.
• Update movement of collection and delivery for all clients on a daily basis.
• Update customers on reject cylinders report for further action.
• Conduct monthly stock takes for cylinder & valve (customer property items) and assist during clients' inventory stock takes verification.
• Prepare daily output and delivery report & monthly KPI.
• Conduct on job training for new members.
• Act as Internal Auditor on the company ISO certification program.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
• Implement initiatives to enhance fuel efficiency and reduce emissions in transportation.
