Job summary

SLP Green Tech in Kulim is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage delivery schedules with Production, ensuring timely delivery and responsible invoicing and documentation. The role includes liaising with transport providers and ensuring regulatory compliance for DOE, DOSH, Bomba, and related certifications.

The role also covers insurance coordination for LCL/FCL shipments and inland transport, plus supporting management with related duties to maintain smooth, compliant logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes is beneficial.
• Fluent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• To liaise with Production department for delivery sehedule on customer order.
• To monitor perfect delivery of customer's order.
• To prepare invoice, delivery order and other goods delivery document.
• To liaise with transport company on delivery issue.
• To comply with regulatory authorities such as Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), Bomba and etc, if any.
• To comply and prepare ISO9001, ISO22000, BRC Standard and other certifications related documentation.
• Assist on Marine cargo Insurance for all LCL/FCL shipment and Inland transport monthly insurance.
• To undertake any other related jobs from time to time as directed by the management.
