Job summary

Malayan Flour Mills is seeking a detail‑oriented admin assistant to support maintenance invoices, requisition orders, and update maintenance costs, plus generate monthly Touch & Go claims from the T&G website.

You will assist with Shell Card monthly claims, monitor driver attendance, manage vehicle fuel issuance and 3PL invoices, prepare forklift audit checklists, track GPS data, and collaborate with the team to resolve order discrepancies or delays.

• Assist key in maintenance invoice & requisition order (forklift, DCT, coop, car & other invoice) and update maintenance cost.
• Assist in handling Touch & Go monthly claims by generate report from T&G website for every month.
• Assist in checking and report Shell Card monthly claims
• Update driver attendance by referring to Coop Daily Planning
• Assist in handling vehicle diesel and petrol BHP Bill issuance and monitoring monthly usage.
• Record & filling invoice for driver’s 3PL, low loader and any other transportation cost.
• Assist on pre delivery checklist forklift audit by preparing checklist & report.
• Follow up on BHS planning.
• To assist in monitor GPS tracking record.
• Collaborate with team members to address any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
• Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
