Job summary

Ace Gases Group is seeking a capable Supply Chain candidate to oversee planning, stock control, and supplier coordination from their Shah Alam facility. The role involves ensuring stock availability, tracking shipments, and maintaining compliance with FSSC and ISO standards.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in a related field and at least three years’ experience in supply chain operations, with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle multi-discipline

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery timetables and ensure timely arrivals.
• Ensure warehouse stock sufficiency and monitor levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet demand and oversee ordering/packaging.
• Track products through depots to confirm arrival at destinations.
• Oversee arrival of shipments and report food safety problems.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management System (FSSC) and ISO processes through internal audits.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Follow customer-specific requirements, including labeling changes for Ace cylinders.

Job description

Responsibilities

• – Planning delivery timetables;
• – Ensuring warehouse have enough stock;
• – Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand;
• – Overseeing the ordering and packaging process;
• – Monitoring stock levels;
• – Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination;
• – Overseeing arrival of shipments if any;
• – Responsible to report food safety related problems;
• – Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance of Food Safety Management System (FSSC);
• – To ensure that the established processes of ISO Management System are implemented and maintained including planning and conducting internal audits;
• – To perform any additional task that assigned by Management as and when required.
• – Follow special requirement from customer, Example On-semi, the cylinder/Tank must change Ace cylinder labelling before send to Customer.

Academic Requirements

• – Diploma in any related courses.

Experience / Skill Requirement

• – Minimum 3 years working experience in Supply Chain line or similar field;
• – Ability to work in demanding multi discipline projects;
• – Strong organizational and communication skills.
