Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Stores/Logistics coordinator to manage store operations, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure accurate packing and timely shipping. The role involves liaising with Customer Service, preparing monthly transport reports, and maintaining ISO-compliant records.

The position requires proactive planning, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple parties to ensure smooth daily shipments and delivery status updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operations within the store department with proactive planning and scheduling.
• Follow up and liaise with Customer Service on delivery matters as per customer requests.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials to various locations.
• Ensure Delivery Order items and quantities tally before shipping to customers.
• Prepare monthly Transport Report.
• Coordinate with store personnel on the readiness of goods for delivery and inform Customer Service of delivery status.
• Update and maintain proper documentation and systems, including filing records in compliance with ISO, statutory and legal requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors for daily shipment arrangements (backup).
• Handle urgent and normal shipments including lorry driver issues (backup).

1 Responsible and coordinate for all operations within the store department proactive planning and scheduling.

4 To ensure all loading and keep quantity tally and with proper flow

5 Prepare monthly Transport Report.

6 Co-ordinate with store personal on readliness of goods for delivery & inform Customer Service any delivery status.

7 To update and maintain proper documentation and systems, including filing of records in compliance to ISO, statutory and legal requirements.

8 To liaise with sub-con transportation for daily shipment arrangement. – Back up

9 Handle all Urgent and Normal Shipment include lorry driver problem. – Back up
