Job summary

SINCEARIA LOGISTICS – Setia Alam, Selangor is seeking a logistics assistant to support shipment coordination, documentation, inventory, and cross-functional activities. The role focuses on timely deliveries and accurate records across local and international shipments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment, handle documentation, and maintain compliant records.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics/shipping operations preferred.

SINCEARIA LOGISTICS – Setia Alam, Selangor

• Responsible for assisting with logistics and shipping operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, delivery arrangements, and inventory support. The role ensures timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining proper documentation and coordinating with internal departments and external parties.

Responsibilities

1. Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate local and international shipments and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and couriers.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.

2. Shipping Documentation

• Prepare and manage DO, packing lists, and import/export documents.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.

3. Inventory & Equipment

• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock movement.
• Coordinate equipment availability, delivery, and replenishment.
• Ensure proper handling and tracking of equipment.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and relevant departments on shipments and deliveries.
• Provide delivery updates to support billing and order fulfilment.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure logistics activities follow company procedures and approval requirements.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Handle shipment delays, damages, and discrepancies.
• Escalate and follow up on issues until resolved.

7. Support

• Assist the Sales team with logistics-related matters.
