Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics support role in Kulai to assist with coordinating and implementing logistics processes, receiving and tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

You will coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse teams, prepare shipping documents, track shipments, and seek ways to improve efficiency across the logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the coordination and implementation of logistics processes
• Receiving, processing and tracking inventory movements
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities
• Collaborating with the relevant team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the optimisation of logistics operations
• Prepare shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, bills of lading (BL), commercial invoices, and customs clearance papers.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth cargo release.
• Track shipment status and proactively update customers or internal departments on progress.
