Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate and monitor customer orders from processing through delivery, ensuring stock availability and timely dispatch with warehouse teams.
The role involves arranging local and international shipments, booking with carriers, preparing customs documentation, and coordinating across Sales, Accounts, and logistics partners to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

Coordinate and monitor customer orders from order processing through delivery or shipment completion.
Check stock availability and coordinate with the Warehouse Team for order preparation and dispatch.
Arrange and monitor local and international shipments according to required schedules.
Book shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
Coordinate pre-loading arrangements, container collection, loading schedules, and delivery arrangements.
Plan and coordinate haulage arrangements, including container collection, delivery, and return schedules.
Prepare, arrange, and maintain K1 Customs Declaration and import-related documentation.
Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and relevant authorities on import and shipment matters.
Prepare and verify Delivery Orders (DO), Packing Lists, invoices, shipping documents, and other logistics documentation.
Monitor shipment, delivery, and order status and provide timely updates to relevant departments.
Liaise closely with the Sales Team regarding orders, stock availability, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
Liaise with the Accounts Department regarding invoices, payment status, shipping charges, supplier payments, and related documentation.
Follow up on delayed shipments, incomplete documentation, customs issues, and other logistics-related matters.
Ensure all logistics and shipment documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
Maintain systematic records of orders, imports, shipments, deliveries, customs documents, and related correspondence.
Prepare logistics and shipment status reports when required.
Assist in resolving operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely solutions.
Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in logistics, import/export, shipping, freight forwarding, or order coordination is preferred.
Familiarity with K1 customs documentation, import procedures, shipment booking, haulage planning, and pre-loading arrangements is an advantage.
Good understanding of logistics documentation and shipment processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Detail‑oriented, organised, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
Able to work effectively with internal departments and external logistics partners.
