Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to oversee daily shipments, ensure compliance with local and destination regulations, and coordinate with 3PLs to meet delivery timelines.
You will manage ERP entries, supervise warehouse staff, and prepare outbound documents while working with sales and finance on LC and bank guarantees to support smooth operations and audit readiness.

Monitor and ensure daily inbound and outbound shipments are executed by 3PLs and forwarders according to plan and delivered on time.
Ensure all shipments fully comply with local regulations and destination country requirements.
Coordinate closely with 3PLs and forwarders to ensure complete sets of shipping documents are returned promptly and accurately.
Ensure all incoming shipments are recorded accurately in the company’s ERP System and that physical goods are received correctly in the warehouse.
Supervise warehouse subordinates including receiving personnel and order pickers.
Prepare required shipping documents for outbound shipments according to AVK requirements.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.
Work closely with the internal sales and finance team on timely and accurate processing of customer Letters of Credit (LC) and bank guarantees.
Respond promptly to customer support service team enquiries regarding warehouse, customs, haulage, and logistics matters.
Address operational issues with effective and practical solutions.
Ensure timely billing submissions from forwarders and 3PLs in accordance with the agreed timeline.
Manage and control logistics spending by evaluating quotations from 3PLs and forwarders to ensure competitive pricing with optimal service levels.
Participate in process improvement and collaboration initiatives with internal teams and business partners.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with strong specialization in warehouse and logistics operations.
In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation, customs procedures, international trade, and working with FMM and MITI.
Proficient in ERP system.
Strong problem-solving abilities and operational awareness.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse team members.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
