Job summary

The role includes coordinating local shipments, handling local orders, and ensuring clear communication with customers and drives timely delivery.

You will also manage MO records, prepare sales and operational reports, and assist tender quotations to ensure accurate pricing and delivery details.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or production planning is preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and safety procedures.
• Proactive mindset with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Manager in planning, processing, and monitoring material orders for local operations.
• Coordinate local shipments and deliveries with drivers and transporters.
• Handle local sales orders and walk‑in customers, including order processing and communication.
• Manage and maintain manufacturing orders and related records for accuracy and traceability.
• Prepare sales reports, order summaries, and operational data for management review.
