United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd seeks a System Owner for the Loan Origination System to oversee end-to-end processes and drive continuous improvements. You will lead requirements, UAT, and rollout while coordinating across business, technology and operations teams.

The role emphasizes data quality, process efficiency, and regulatory reporting alignment, with opportunities to shape SME lending digitization and customer experience initiatives.

• Must understand end-to-end lending processes and system workflows.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, system implementation and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on process efficiency and data quality.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Serve as System Owner for the Loan Origination System and oversee end-to-end processes and improvements.
• Lead process reengineering to enhance user experience and reduce manual steps.
• Manage system enhancements from business requirements through to user rollout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline forms and standardize checklists.
• Conduct user training and develop guides to support adoption of changes.
• Ensure data quality and integrity from the LOS to downstream reporting.
• Monitor system effectiveness and coordinate resolution of issues.
• Contribute to digitization strategy for SME lending platforms.
• Partner with Group Customer Experience Digital teams on customer journey simplification.
