Loan Documentation Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Handle credit administration tasks and process legal loan documentation to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with solicitors, business teams, internal legal counsel, and credit risk management to prepare and finalize security documents.
• Ensure all tasks comply with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements, meeting deadlines and verifying that all Conditions Precedent are fulfilled before disbursement.
• Support general administrative duties such as credit support, report preparation, budgeting, and project planning as needed.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of credit‑related experience, particularly in loan documentation for both pre‑ and post‑disbursement stages.
• Preference for candidates familiar with documentation processes for commercial and corporate clients.
• Degree in banking, management, accounting, law, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on performance and quality.
