• Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and client audiences.

• Familiarity with livestreaming equipment and tech.

Responsibilities

• Account Performance & Growth: monitor performance across platforms and identify growth opportunities with action plans.
• Host Performance & Training: track host KPIs and provide guidance to improve delivery.
• Monthly Business Review (MBR): prepare and present decks with insights and recommendations.
• Competitor Analysis: monitor competitor strategies, pricing and tactics.
• Commercial Promotion Planning: collaborate with brands to plan and execute promotions.
• Host Sourcing & Briefing: source livestream hosts and brief on mechanics and messaging.
• Data Verification for Billing: review insights to support accurate billing with finance.
• Data Extraction & Updates: maintain dashboards and update data for reporting.
