Responsibilities

• Account Performance & Growth: monitor performance across platforms and identify growth opportunities with action plans.

• Monthly Business Review (MBR): prepare and present decks with insights and recommendations.
• Competitor Analysis: monitor competitor strategies, pricing and tactics.
• Commercial Promotion Planning: collaborate with brands to plan and execute promotions.
• Host Sourcing & Briefing: source livestream hosts and brief on mechanics and messaging.

Job Title: Account Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Performance & Growth

   Monitor and analyze account performance across platforms

   Identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to achieve targets

2. Host Performance & Training

   Track host KPIs and identify gaps for improvement

   Provide ongoing training, guidance, and feedback to enhance host delivery

3. Monthly Business Review (MBR)

   Prepare and present MBR decks with key performance insights, learnings, and recommendations

   Align with internal and external stakeholders on next steps

4. Competitor Analysis

   Conduct regular checks on competitor strategies, pricing, and campaign tactics

   Share relevant insights to inform client and internal strategies

5. Commercial Promotion Planning

   Collaborate with brands to plan and execute commercial promotions

   Ensure mechanics are aligned with platform requirements and brand goals

6. Host Sourcing & Briefing

   Source suitable livestream hosts based on brand needs

   Brief hosts on campaign mechanics, key messages, and performance expectations

7. Data Verification for Billing

   Review and verify campaign and performance insights to support accurate billing

   Work closely with finance or billing teams for alignment

8. Data Extraction & Updates

   Extract, organize, and update relevant data for reporting and operational tracking

   Maintain performance dashboards and trackers for internal use

Requirements:

1. Livestreaming Exp erience:

   Prior experience in sourcing and managing livestream talent.

   Proven track record in end-to-end livestream management and affiliate marketing.

2. Communication and Presentation Skills

   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

   Ability to present effectively to both internal teams and external clients.

3. Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative mindset and innovative approach to content creation and marketing.

4. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging features of social media platforms, and affiliate marketing best practices.

5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

6. Equipment and Technology: Familiarity with livestreaming equipment and technology.
