ADA in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Livestream Manager to own end-to-end livestream delivery across brands, ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and quality.

You will manage Live Hosts, Moderators, and Livestream Specialists; align with Account Managers on client strategy, analytics, and commercial goals.

You will also participate in Monthly Business Reviews, providing actionable feedback and driving improvements in pacing, engagement, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in livestream, social commerce, or eCommerce operations.
• Strong understanding of livestream operations, host management, and campaign execution.
• Comfortable working with performance data and analytics.
• Confident in client-facing discussions when required.
• Able to balance operational discipline with commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Livestream Operations & Delivery: Own and manage end-to-end livestream execution across assigned brands; plan schedules, allocate manpower, ensure timelines and quality; identify and implement process improvements; manage host payments, timesheets, and invoices.
• People Management: Develop the livestream team; set roles and workflows; drive execution discipline and quality; provide coaching and feedback.
• Livestream Quality & Host Management: Enforce quality standards in presentation, pacing, engagement, and compliance; review outputs and brief hosts; identify training gaps.
• Product & Campaign Readiness: Train teams on products/promotions; lead campaign-day briefings; coordinate with Content and Affiliate teams for alignment.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track GMV, engagement, retention, conversions; align with analytics insights; close gaps to uplift performance.
• Client-Facing Support: Join Monthly Business Reviews; present performance and improvements; act as subject-matter expert for livestream queries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Account Managers, Content, Affiliate, and Operations; ensure alignment with client strategy and goals; flag risks.
