Job summary

GSD MOTOR (M) SDN. BHD. in Sabah’s Kinarut is seeking a Sales Advisor & Host Live to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales for our premium motorcycle brand. You’ll engage customers in-person and through live online demos, reporting to the sales team in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include personalized demonstrations, identifying customer needs, maintaining records, and collaborating on sales strategies. A dynamic, customer-focused environment awaits you.

Join our dynamic team at GSD MOTOR (M) SDN. BHD. as a Sales Advisor & Host Live. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our innovative products. Reporting to our sales team, you will be based in our Kinarut, Sabah location, engaging with customers through both in-person interactions and live virtual demonstrations.

What you'll be doing

Provide personalized sales support and product demonstrations to customers, both in-person and through live online sessions.

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Contribute to a positive and customer-centric work environment.

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build rapport
