Job summary

Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to engage customers, understand needs, and guide them to the right motor vehicle options. Based in the Tawau District, this full-time role offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities to develop sales skills.

About the role

Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality motor vehicles. This full-time position is based in the Tawau District of Sabah, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable motor vehicle options

Demonstrating the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers

Providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance throughout the sales process

Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the motor vehicle industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain vehicle features

A driven and competitive nature, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service

Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including negotiation and closing skills

A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of motor vehicles
