Job summary

Arvion Services in Kuching, Sarawak, invites a Sales Consultant to guide customers from enquiry through financing and delivery, ensuring a smooth vehicle-buying journey.

You will engage walk-ins and online inquiries, present vehicle options, arrange test drives, negotiate within guidelines, and strive to meet monthly and team sales targets while building lifelong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive or related sectors is an advantage.
• Valid Malaysian driving license; comfortable with test drives.
• Fresh Diploma graduates welcome to apply.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from online, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain their features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey from enquiry and vehicle selection to test drives, financing, documentation, and after-sales support.

What Will You Do:

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.


• Fresh Diploma graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
