Qualifications

• Proven sales background with a focus on lighting or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of lighting products and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply and training provided.
