Job summary

TIMESFLY INTERNATIONAL (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD – KLIA, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee on-site lifting operations and ensure compliance with safety standards. The role requires reading lifting drawings, coordinating crane teams, and maintaining equipment records.

We value 1–2 years in lifting or crane operations, strong safety awareness, and relevant certificates. Fluency in English/Malay/Mandarin preferred; construction site readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of lifting or crane operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and safety procedures.
• Valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate / CIDB Green Card / NIOSH Safety Passport is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination with multiple teams.
• Able to read and interpret lifting drawings and technical documents.
• Able to work on construction sites and handle work pressure when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting operations on site to ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Develop and implement safe lifting plans and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DOSH, CIDB).
• Inspect and verify the condition and suitability of lifting equipment, slings, wire ropes, and shackles.
• Supervise crane operators and signalmen to ensure safe and coordinated lifting operations.
• Conduct lifting risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of lifting equipment inspections, lifting plans, and related safety records.
• Provide lifting safety training and guidance to site personnel to improve safety awareness.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Safety Officer, and Construction Team to ensure smooth and safe lifting operations.
