Job summary

TIMESFLY INTERNATIONAL (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD – KLIA, Selangor is seeking a Lifting Supervisor with 1–2 years of lifting or crane operations experience. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate on-site lifting activities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is required, with ability to read lifting drawings and technical documents. The role emphasizes teamwork across multiple teams, safety training, and collaboration with Project Manager, Safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lifting/crane operations.
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and safety procedures.
• Valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate / CIDB Green Card / NIOSH Safety Passport is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination with multiple teams.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Able to read and interpret lifting drawings and technical documents.
• Able to work on construction sites and handle work pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting operations on site to ensure safety and adherence to procedures.
• Develop and implement safe lifting plans in line with regulations and standards (DOSH, CIDB).
• Inspect lifting equipment, slings, wire ropes, and shackles for condition and suitability.
• Supervise crane operators and signalmen for safe and coordinated lifts.
• Conduct lifting risk assessments and apply appropriate control measures.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, plans, and safety records.
• Provide lifting safety training and guidance to site personnel.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Safety Officer, and Construction Team for smooth operations.
