Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensuring timelines and safety compliance across project sites in Selangor. You will monitor activities, supervise workers, coordinate crews, and liaise with project managers and clients.

This role requires a valid CIDB Green Card and willingness to travel to other project locations when required. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, be responsible and disciplined, and able to work the

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to address site-specific concerns.
• Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, efficiently.
