Job summary

Hyundai Elevator Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevator equipment in the Petaling Jaya area. You will follow a monthly schedule, respond to breakdowns, and document service activities under supervision.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in the elevator industry or are fresh graduates with relevant SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering, and a valid B2 driving license.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ working experience in elevator industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• SPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• Working knowledge in lift and escalator industry.
• Knowledge and experience in providing field technical services.
• Must have valid driving license (at least B2)

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repair works for equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance according to monthly maintenance schedule prepared by Supervisor.
• Attend any breakdown/mantrap instructed by Supervisor.
• Carry out rectification works for defects/comments highlighted by the JKKP Inspector.
• Assist for JKKP second schedule inspection for servicing job sites.
• Report the daily activities includes call-backs, shutdown and service units to Supervisor.
• Ensure timely submission of the servicing job sheets, breakdown and repair/replacement job sheets.
• Report to immediate superior for any unsolved problems.
