Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking technicians to inspect, maintain, and service elevators and escalators, including breakdown response and troubleshooting. You will perform monthly servicing, prepare detailed repair reports, and adhere to safety procedures at customer sites and in workshop.

The role requires a technical qualification (SPM/Certificate/Diploma) in automotive/mechanical/heavy equipment maintenance, with fresh graduates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Certificate or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical/Heavy Equipment Maintenance (SKM Level 1/2/3, Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia or equivalent).
• Experience in repairing machinery or heavy equipment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Able to troubleshoot and carry out repair works with minimum supervision.
• Computer diagnostic competence required.
• Familiar with hand tools, power tools, workshop and welding equipment.
• Physically fit and willing to work at customer site and workshop.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D).

Responsibilities
