Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan JobScoper Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Consumer Engagement Manager to lead CRM, digital marketing, and customer experience initiatives across the brand journey.

The role focuses on organic channels, customer data, content, events, referrals and lifecycle engagement to strengthen consumer relationships beyond traditional paid advertising. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in CRM, consumer marketing, digital marketing, customer experience or related areas.
• Strong understanding of customer journey, consumer behaviour and organic digital marketing.
• Experience with customer data/CRM systems and engagement initiatives.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Proactive and creative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute consumer engagement and CRM strategies across the customer journey.
• Drive organic engagement through social media, digital platforms, content and community initiatives.
• Analyse consumer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
• Develop customer lifecycle, referral and advocacy programmes.
• Work closely with Sales, Retail and Customer Experience teams to improve consumer touchpoints.
• Monitor engagement and customer data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Support consumer events, experiences and community-building initiatives.
