Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking two high-energy Sales, Solution & Services Consultants to drive outbound business development and expand our market footprint. You will acquire new client accounts and sell tailored legal research software, publications, and services.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will combine proactive prospecting with a consultative selling approach, understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and close deals to hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of successful B2B sales/consulting experience with a proven track record of acquiring new accounts.
• Consultative hunter mindset with a solution-focused sales approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to engage C-suite and legal professionals.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required to engage Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to target law firms, corporate legal departments, and educational institutions.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and commercial proposals.
• Maintain CRM, track deal stages and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to execute territory plans and campaigns.
