Job summary

MVC Resources in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor & Compliance professional to support day-to-day business activities and strategic decisions.

You will oversee KYC procedures, monitor regulatory changes, draft and negotiate contracts, and provide practical legal guidance to management while working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal and compliance roles.
• Solid knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law and Malaysian regulatory requirements.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, and preparing commercial contracts and legal agreements.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
