You will draft, review and manage contracts (NDAs, POAs, service and supply agreements), advise on legal risks, and support IP management to protect DXN's assets. Qualified candidates hold a law degree (LLB or equivalent) with 2–3 years of experience, and possess strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) required.
• 2–3 years as a legal practitioner.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and IP.
• Experience with IP or contract management tools is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts (NDAs, POAs, service and supply agreements).
• Advise management on contractual matters, risks, obligations, and commercial considerations.
• Support contract implementation, renewals, terminations, and related matters.
• Maintain and organize contract documents and database.
• Assist in IP registration, maintenance, and renewals.
• Coordinate with external agents on IP filings.
• Maintain IP portfolio records and documentation.
