Job summary

IOI Mall Kulai is seeking a Leasing Senior Executive to drive occupancy and rental revenue through proactive prospecting and renewal negotiations. You will handle tenancy administration, update tenant records in Timberline, and coordinate with legal for tenancy agreements and litigation.

You’ll collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure SOP adherence. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients, with willingness to work in Kulai, Johor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Related or equivalent.
• Good communications.
• Able to speak multiple languages fluently.
