Job summary

Menta Land Sdn Bhd seeks a capable Leasing Officer to manage end-to-end leasing activities, from sourcing tenants to executing tenancy agreements. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth lease execution and optimal occupancy.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of leasing experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with tenancy contracts. A Diploma in Business Administration/Communication/Real Estate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end leasing: sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals with tenants that fit the project's mix and target demographic.
• Follow through on Letter of Offer and Tenancy Agreement execution and collection.
• Handle lease renewals, including negotiation and tenant performance review.
• Coordinate with Operations on fit-out, renovation monitoring, and pre-opening inspections.
• Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships.
• Liaise with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to support smooth lease execution.
• Conduct market research on retail trends, tenant mix, and rental benchmarks.
• Prepare leasing reports and support budget/revenue tracking.
• Drive occupancy and handle walk-in prospective tenants.

Follow through on Letter of Offer and Tenancy Agreement execution, deposit collection, and lease renewals with negotiation and tenant performance review. Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships while coordinating with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.

About you
