Semua Properties Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee leasing, marketing, and event management activities in Kuala Lumpur. You will source tenants, negotiate terms, manage renewals, and coordinate campaigns to enhance brand visibility and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years in leasing, marketing, or event management within property/retail, with strong negotiation and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver regular reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years in leasing, marketing, or event management in property/retail.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, marketing, and event management activities.
• Source and secure new tenants; respond to leasing inquiries.
• Negotiate rental rates and tenancy terms.
• Maintain tenant relationships and handle complaints.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on leasing, marketing, and events.
• Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns and events.
• Manage housekeeping to ensure a conducive tenant/visitor environment.
• Prepare filing and documentation; handle ad-hoc MD projects.
