The role requires a strong network in retail, solid negotiating skills, and the ability to analyse market trends and reporting metrics. Based in Petaling Jaya, the position offers growth and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree required in business, property, or related field.
• At least 7 years in retail leasing, preferably mall or mixed-use.
• Strong network of retail contacts and leasing knowledge.
• Solid negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Experience supervising a leasing team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Oversee tenancy lifecycle, contracts, renewals, and handover processes.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Lead leasing team, allocate workloads, and monitor performance.
• Prepare regular leasing reports and provide strategic insights.
