Job summary

Country View Resources Sdn Bhd in Nusajaya, Johor is seeking a Leasing Executive to drive residential and commercial property leasing and to develop marketing strategies for vacancies.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years leasing experience, and strong English and Bahasa communication plus excellent interpersonal skills; you must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, with ad hoc management tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years working experience in leasing.
• Good command of English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan strategies and marketing for leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and maintain close relationship with tenants.
• Responsible for all leasing matters pertaining to existing and new tenants.
• Ensure tenancy documents are in order and to collect payments within the set timeframe promptly.
• Monitor rental payments and to renegotiate renewal of tenancy.
• Other ad hoc matters which are required by the Management from time to time.
