Job summary

OSK Property is seeking a Leasing Executive in Selangor to execute leasing operations for commercial and residential spaces, aiming to increase or maintain occupancy and drive good yields.

You will communicate and negotiate with tenants, process leasing documents, assist in daily leasing operations, and help drive marketing strategies and leasing plans.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Marketing or Business and 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in commercial properties and leasing.
• Experience in marketing and leasing activities preferred.

• Execute Leasing operations for commercial / residential spaces to increase/maintain occupancy rate.
• Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospects.
• Process leasing documentation, reports and tenant correspondences.
