Job summary

KIP Property Services in Semenyih, Selangor is seeking a Leasing Executive to identify and secure prospective tenants to achieve occupancy targets. You will build strong relationships with tenants, conduct market research on retail trends, and negotiate lease terms in line with company guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth tenant onboarding and store openings, monitor renewals, and maintain accurate tenant records.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, retail, or related industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
