Job summary

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Real Estate or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years in leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of experience in leasing or property management, especially retail leasing, will have an added advantage.

Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and other stakeholders.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Work location: Amcorp Tower, Petaling Jaya (next to Amcorp Mall and within walking distance of Taman Jaya LRT Station).
