Job summary

Stream Empire Holdings Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Lease Administration Executive (Property/Retail) to support the leasing team with lease documentation, tracking and reporting across the retail portfolio. The role involves filing, coordination with landlords and internal teams, and ensuring accuracy of tenancy records.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or Real Estate Management, 1–3 years’ relevant leasing or administration experience, and

• 1–3 years’ relevant experience in leasing, property, retail or administration.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Support the leasing team in the day-to-day administration of leases across our retail portfolio, including documentation, tracking, reporting, filing and coordination with internal teams, landlords and external parties.
• Support the team in managing lease and tenancy documentation, including preparation, checking and follow-up.
• Maintain lease trackers, expiry dates, renewal options and key deadlines.
• Coordinate with landlords, legal counsel and internal departments on lease-related matters.
• Maintain accurate tenancy records, contact lists and document filing.
• Support lease-related payments and reimbursements in coordination with Finance.
• Assist with reports, letters, forms and other leasing documentation.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Business Development and Leasing team.
• Handle other ad hoc duties and projects as required.

What We're Looking For
