Job summary

PwC Academy is seeking an Associate to join the Digital Learning team in Malaysia, focusing on designing and delivering innovative digital learning experiences. You will blend learning design, creative production and learner engagement to translate business needs into impactful digital content.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver learning assets, upskill programmes and ensure compliance with governance requirements, while using tools like AI, Power BI and the Adobe suite.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop interactive digital learning content and engaging learner experiences.
• Experience or strong interest in using multimedia and creative production tools.
• Able to visualise ideas and convert them into practical learning assets, activities and learner experiences.
• Confident, energetic and able to contribute ideas to enrich learning experiences through technology, creativity and learner engagement.
• Able to conduct effective discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations and align on learning outcomes.
• Good writing skills, including storyboarding, instructional scripts and learner instructions.
• Able to apply design thinking, data analytics, AI tools, and digital technologies to design and deliver learning programmes.
• Experience or strong interest in using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate.
• Stays current with trends in digital learning and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning and blended learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe apps and more.
• Produce creative learning assets, including videos, motion graphics, microlearning content.
• Support end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and publishing.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences, activities and environments that encourage participation, practice, reflection and application of learning.
• Incorporate gamification, scenario-based learning, simulations and experiential activities.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs, manage production timelines and deliver high-quality learning solutions.
• Manage and deliver digital upskilling programmes and learning initiatives.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Assist with operational, risk, and compliance activities, including Technology Risk Assessments (TRA) and governance requirements.
