Job summary

CelcomDigi seeks an experienced Training & HR professional to coordinate training programs and manage resources for a high-quality learning environment. You will work across training operations, HRDC-related activities, and budgeting while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies.

Required are 3–5 years in HR/training, a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and stakeholder skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are essential for engagement at all levels.
• Experience in training coordination, learning & development, or similar roles is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
• Liaise with trainers, participants, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Manage scheduling, facilities, and training materials.
• Monitor training operations and logistics effectiveness; gather feedback for improvements.
• Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines and safety standards.
• Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise support staff and trainers as needed.
• Oversee the quality and upkeep of the Training Academy and its assets.
